This website is operated by Caddy Limited (“Caddy”, “we”, “us”). “You” means the person or organisation accessing the site. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

Caddy provides a agentic servicing layer between yield protocols and institutional systems. We model, track, investigate, verify and report onchain positions for the institutions we work with.

• Read-only by design. Caddy never holds client funds or signs a transaction.
• Infrastructure, not advice. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset.
• Institutional focus. Our services are intended for regulated institutions and qualifying businesses, not retail consumers.

You agree to use the site lawfully and to not:

• access or attempt to access non-public areas, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the site, or introduce malware or harmful code;
• scrape, harvest or use automated means to extract data except as permitted by our robots rules;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or infringe the rights of others.

The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos and the Caddy name and marks, are owned by Caddy Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view the site for your own evaluation and informational use. All other rights are reserved. Brand assets provided in our brand kit may be used only in line with any guidelines we publish.

The site may reference or link to third-party sites, partners and services (for example our institutional partners). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms and privacy policy.

Information on this site, including descriptions of products, yields, partners and roadmap, may include forward-looking statements and is provided for general information only. Any performance figures are indicative, not guaranteed, and subject to change. Digital assets carry risk, including loss of value.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your place of residence.
